For our service contract clients during emergencies we can be reached by phone at any time on any day. For normal operation issues we operate from 10am until Midnight 7 days a week PST/-8 GMT. The wonders of remote control allow us to work on the majority of the computers we support late at night while our clients rest. For that reason we prefer to be contacted later in the morning if possible. We also have our own private chat server and can supply our clients with an icon on their desktop to attempt to get text based chat support 24/7.
