Are you tired of calling in for support only to find that the guy who is there to help you is with some outsourced company that is likely in another country? We offer high quality desktop support for the end user. We also offer services that allow technicians to support their personal clients. Our objective is to offer very high quality support to clients, while allowing technicians to get started for little or no cost with all the resources they need to support their clients. Although we have been fixing computers for well over 10 years, we are just putting this site up. So if you may find this site is a little light in places. Very soon we plan to have everything our clients and customers need. Please keep in mind that our highest priority is to fix computers and the majority of our energy and resources are going into that at this time.

At Desktop Masters we understand that your time is money, and we'll waste as little of yours as possible. We are a full service company that can handle all of your technical needs without tying up your day in meaningless techno-drivel and endless procedures. We are very client-focused and are here to serve you. We know that you just want it to work without a lot of explanation. We supply you with all the tools you need to get your tasks done simply, and we offer you very clear and simple directions on how to use them. We take a great deal of pride in the way we leave our desktops after we work on them, so most of the time they run faster and smoother. We arm our technicians with the information that they need in order to supply you with a quality level of service that most technicians are unable to offer.

If you are a technician, we offer you the tools to supply your clients with all of this and much more (automated). This will free up more of your time to focus on other things.

For emergencies we can be reached by phone at any time, any day. For normal operation issues we operate 10am until Midnight 7 days a week PST/-8 GMT. The wonders of remote control allow us to work on the majority of the computers we support late at night while our clients rest. For that reason we prefer to be contacted later in the morning if possible. We also have our own private chat server and can supply our clients with an icon on their desktop to attempt to get text based chat support 24/7.

We often find a long list of things wrong with our new clients' computers that they did not even know about. We do MANY preventive measures. Are you backing up? Is your Off-Site Backup current? If something happens to the location where your computers currently are.... is your data backed up some place else for safe keeping? Did you know there are some popular virus scanners that actually do not work very well? Did you know some of the virus shields out there will slow your computer down and are almost like viruses themselves? We know how to fix all of this stuff. We can do most of our work through remote control. Depending on your location and the locations of our technicians a service call is often possible. At this time the majority of our in-person operations are done in the Los Angeles, CA area.
