If you are under service contract with us this is what you should expect…

  • You are purchasing our skills and our belief in excellent customer service.
  • Our main objective is give you secure, stable, and fast computers. 90% of the time this can be accomplished. Sometimes it is hard to detect the cause of issues when it involves a bad power supply or memory etc… If a computer has problems and we cannot solve them in a timely fashion, in most cases we will deduct that computers cost from your contract before you ask. We believe customer service and good business is sacred.
  • We do all installs and updates for you. You must not load or install anything on your computers. Call us and we will do it for you right away or as quickly as needed.
  • We prefer you check with us before purchasing computer equipment. We charge extra for supporting junk. We do not do reselling as we feel it is a conflict in interest. We will help you find the best computer equipment at a reasonable price.
  • We select and recommend vendors who treat our clients well and appreciate the business we refer to them. As a result any one business (like you) carries the voice of many.
  • Service calls are done on an as needed basis. They are usually $20 + labor if you are within 20 miles of our main billing location. There is a $2 per mile charge for any millage beyond the initial 20 miles. (Costs of service calls can vary depending on the type of plan you are using)
  • Labor is billed in 15 minute increments rounded up.
  • There is a $20 fee per issue in addition to labor during off business hours.
  • In most cases we give a discount on any labor not covered by the service contract for REMOTE  work. That usually includes working on your employee’s personal computers.
  • We are available from 10am till 7pm Mon-Fri for regular issues and for emergency issues we are available always. Most computer work is done in the evenings through remote control while you are not using your computers.
  • The phone is usually answered by a live person and all calls are returned and addressed within a reasonable amount of time. We take a lot of pride in not dropping the ball and making sure you never feel ignored.
  • Your network (not the wiring) is supported and covered by the service contract. And so we require all computers connected to your network are on contract.
  • A thorough cleaning of each computer is done when put on contract. This process can take 4 to 18 hours of labor. Additionally we usually spend a considerable amount of time with the clients at the start. As a result we charge a setup fee. We will usually wave all but $50 of that setup fee depending on the circumstances and the condition of the computers in exchange for a 6 to 12 month contract commitment.
  • We have our own web/mail server and will host and maintain your basic mail needs included.  Our Spam-Free mail is $5 an inbox less discounts.   Our mail servers do support smart phones and we can connect your calendar through the net.
  • Restoring a computer to its factory defaults is the LAST resort solution for us and is rarely done or needed.
