• If you are having printer issues we will help you trouble shoot the problem from the computer, but we do not fix printers or support their operation. There are too many printers, all with very different interfaces.
  • Personal Devices such as Smart Phones and Tablets.  We will support you when it comes to syncing it with the computer.  And we will try to talk you through configuring things like mail.  But we cannot take responsibility for their operation.  If you bring or ship us the device we would be happy to look at it for you hands on.
  • We do not do wiring.  We will not rewire your computers or run wires through your walls.  Rewiring your computer is not technical.  Unplug a wire, untangle it and then plug it back in.  If you need wires run around your walls call a contractor or handy-man (we may recommend one for you).  If by some chance we agree to help you with any kind of wiring we will charge you.  (Service contracts will likely receive a discount on hourly charges)
  • We do not directly support wireless devices or wireless networking.  Wireless does not function well in a professional environment.  If you do choose to use WiFi you must have the ability to hard wire your computer when we work on it.  If you use a wireless keyboard or mouse you should have a wired one as a backup.  If the wireless device stops working we will help you try and figure out why, or buy a new one or new batteries.
  • At this time we do not service Macintosh computers.  It is not that we are against them.  We have found that they are not typically used in office environments and we prefer to focus on our Windows Desktops and Linux based servers.
