1. Remove paper from printer so it runs out of paper and gives you an error and stops printing
  2. (Left) Click windows menu in lower left corner
  3. (Left) Click “Devices and Printers” from windows menu
  4. Right click (not left click) on your printer and choose “See What’s Printing” from the context menu.
  5. You will now see your print job in the queue.
  6. Right click (not left) on the print job you wish to remove and select “Cancel”.
  7. Click “Yes” if it asks you to confirm.
  8. Wait a moment while it removes the print job and visually verify the entry is gone.
  9. Turn off printer to clear buffer (removing the paper before this step prevents a paper jam)
  10. Put paper back into the printer.
  11. Power printer back on.
