This page will allow you to generate an HTML (Rich Text) formatted eMail signature for Outlook, Thunderbird, or whatever. Below are supplied links to explain how to implement the signature into your mail client (Such as Outlook or Google Mail etc..).
Just fill out the form below. Any fields you leave out will not show up in the signature. Press “[Preview]” to see what it looks like (Pressing preview will not clear the form so you can press it at any time). Once you are happy with your signature simply press the “[Download]” button and save the resulting .htm file. The file will be named after your eMail address.
Follow the below supplied directions to copy the signature file into your “Signatures” folder for your mail client and configure your mail client.
